School-Based Health Alliance School-Based Health Center Request for Proposal (RFP) in Connecticut 2024

The national School-Based Health Alliance (SBHA) seeks proposals to provide coordinated, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate School-Based Health Center (SBHC) services in Connecticut. Funds have been made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to identify potential new and existing SBHC sites with the opportunity for expansion and to impact Connecticut student needs. Services may include mental/behavioral health, primary care, outreach, equipment, telehealth, mobile unit, dental health care, and health promotion/education. This opportunity supports increasing access to health care including mental health and/or primary care services for the SBHC community, leading to an increase in access to services for the target population.

Throughout the duration of the proposal cycle, this site will serve as a hub for interested applicants to access proposal links and attachments needed to complete the request for proposal (RFP).
