The School-Based Health Alliance is committed to providing excellent digital access to all, including individuals with disabilities. Our resolve is grounded in our commitment to inclusion and the knowledge that accessible digital content enhances usability for everyone.

To achieve this, SBHA will make efforts to ensure that all webpages and digital content associated with our programs and activities are accessible to students and families, healthcare professionals, state affiliates, educators, advocates, policymakers, and all other users.

If you encounter any issues with digital accessibility on SBHA’s web pages or content, please report the issue or make a digital accessibility request using the form below. We value your feedback and will make every effort to address your concerns in a timely manner.

Report a Digital Accessibility Issue or Make a Digital Accessibility Request

Use this form to report any issues with a specific webpage or to request that certain content is made accessible. This form also can be used to provide information regarding the accessibility of a service that should be shared with others or to file a formal grievance under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
