Emily A. Baldi, MSW

Senior Program Manager

In my role at the School-Based Health Alliance, I support the growth and expansion of school-based health care by providing training and technical assistance to school staff, healthcare providers, and others working to increase children's access to healthcare.

My commitments to the wellbeing of families and to ensuring access to care inspire my work. I am driven by the opportunity to guide planning, help others envision possibilities, build meaningful connections, and lift up the expertise of those working at the local and state levels to advance school-based health care.

Much of my work focuses on supporting school-based health care program start-up and improvement. I provide individualized assessment, coaching, and training to local communities interested in beginning, strengthening, or expanding school-based health care programs. My portfolio also includes designing and facilitating multi-session learning collaboratives on adolescent health topics in partnership with local, regional, and national organizations.

Before coming to the School-Based Health Alliance, I worked in intimate partner violence prevention. I have a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Community Health from Tufts University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I work remotely from my home in southern New Jersey, where I enjoy cooking with vegetables, taking neighborhood walks with my husband, and reading library books.
