Ngone Diop, BSN RN

Program Manager

I joined the School-Based Health Alliance in 2023 and have worked in the healthcare field in both in-patient and outpatient settings since 2012. Prior to joining SBHA, I served at a FQHC coordinating mobile and telehealth services in multiple schools. In this role, I led and management the development and expansion of school-based services.. I have a passion for working with youth, increasing access to care, and health equity. I have experience in process improvement, implementing interventions to improve care, and serving the immigrant/refugee population.

I hold an active Registered Nurse license and graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). In addition, I received my Project Management Certification from St. Ambrose University.  I work remotely from western Illinois, where I live with my husband and son. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time outdoors with my family and friends. I enjoy travel, all things food, and community.
