A Shared Vision: Building Community Partnerships for School-Based Eye Care Programs (04.26)

This webinar explored strategies for leveraging diverse partnerships, such as academic institutions, school nurses, tele-optometry providers, rural health partners, school administrators, children’s hospitals, the Indian Health Service, and Medicaid programs, to expand access to school-based eye care. Presenters highlighted models from SBHCs that serve different populations and demonstrate a range of approaches, from on-site staff to mobile and visiting vision care services.
