The School-Based Health Alliance is excited to announce a new Community of Practice (CoP) on Health-Related Needs. Designed for Health Centers and Look-Alikes, this initiative helps teams plan, act, and evaluate their efforts to address health-related needs, strengthen community partnerships, and apply best practices in care coordination and follow-up.
Applications are due February 24, 2026.
