As part of the executive team at the School-Based Health Alliance, my portfolio includes leading a fabulous team of programs, care coordination, quality/research & evaluation, consulting, and other initiatives that advance SBHA’s mission and strategic priorities. I use a servant leadership approach to support and strengthen the teams leading this work, fostering collaboration and accountability while ensuring that students remain at the heart of all we do.

With more than 25 years in the school-based health care field, my passion is deeply rooted in faith and life experience. Growing up in rural West Virginia and becoming a mother at 15 taught me the value of resilience, grace, and access to care. From helping students receive urgent treatment to seeing my own child cared for in a school-based health center, I’ve witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of this work. I’m a wife, momma, MiMi, and a woman of faith who loves serving children and families.
