Ngone Diop, BSN RN

Program Manager

I joined the School-Based Health Alliance in 2023 and have been dedicated to the healthcare field in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 2012. Prior to my tenure at SBHA, I served at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where I coordinated mobile and telehealth services across multiple schools. In this role, I led and managed the development and expansion of school-based services, demonstrating my passion for working with youth, increasing access to care, and promoting health equity.

My expertise includes process improvement, implementing interventions to enhance care, and serving the immigrant and refugee populations. I hold an active Registered Nurse license and graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). Additionally, I obtained my Project Management Certification from St. Ambrose University.

I work remotely from western Illinois, where I reside with my husband and son. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, exploring culinary experiences, and engaging with my community.
