
Diana Erani, MBA
Diana Erani is the Chief Operating Officer at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, also known as the Massachusetts PCA, for 11 years. During her tenure, she led health informatics, clinical affairs, and workforce development, while managing the Connecticut River Valley Farmworker Health Program, a seasonal and migrant-focused Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
During her time in Texas, Diana was the Chief Operating Officer at Healthcare for the Homeless – Houston, a homeless population focused FQHC. In this role, she directed operations, oversaw billing processes, implemented a new electronic medical records (EMR) system, and guided the center through the process of achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition.
Diana brings additional experience from the public and private sectors. She worked at the Government Accountability Office and at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she gained insight into federal operations and payer strategies.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University.
