The School-Based Health Alliance and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council are hosting a webinar examining key factors and opportunities to enhance care for homeless families and families at risk of becoming homeless. Explore effective strategies for fostering strong partnerships between health centers, schools, and community organizations, while advancing family-centered care to improve access and the quality of care provided.
