This webinar will focus on practical strategies health centers can use to prepare youth to engage effectively in their own care and support their long-term well-being. The content will explore the connection between early life experiences and long-term health outcomes, including impacts on physical health, mental health, and social functioning. It will highlight how approaches and actionable strategies that health centers can implement to enhance youth engagement, support self-management skills, and build trust in the healthcare environment.
