Strengthening Partnerships to Support the Health of Homeless Families (03.26)

This webinar was about how the School-Based Health Alliance and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council examined key factors and opportunities to enhance care for families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. It explored effective strategies for fostering strong partnerships between health centers, schools, and community organizations, while advancing family-centered approaches to improve access to and quality of care.
