The US Department of Health & Human Services funds the Telehealth Resource Center (TRC) Program. The National Consortium of TRCs is comprised of 12 regional and 2 national TRCs whose combined coverage reaches all 50 states and the affiliated Pacific Islands.  The Mid-Atlantic TRC (MATRC) is one of the regional TRCs and provides services to the states of Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey (Central and South), North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC and West Virginia.
