Help us share your SBHC’s impact and demonstrate to policymakers how many students you ensure receive foundational health services! Complete 2022-23 Quality Counts to be part of the national picture. The National Performance Measure data demonstrate SBHC’s role in ensuring that youth receive an annual well-child visit and risk assessment, are screened for body mass index (BMI) with nutrition and physical activity counseling, and, if age-appropriate, are screened for depression and chlamydia and receive follow-up.

If you have questions, please join our Quality Counts Webinar on 8/30/23 at 2:00-2:30 PM ET where we’ll share the background of Quality Counts, why it’s important, how to submit data, and reporting errors to avoid.
