On behalf of the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health, the national School-Based Health Alliance (SBHA) is seeking proposals to provide coordinated, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate, School-Based Health Center (SBHC) services that may include: outreach, primary care, equipment, mental/behavioral health, telehealth, mobile unit, dental health care, and health promotion/education (see summary of funding below for additional details). This opportunity provides support to increase access to health care, including
COVID-19-related needs, through workforce development.
