Pace University’s Psychology Department is hosting an anonymous survey about interprofessional collaboration between school mental health clinicians and pediatric primary care providers. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes, and you must be a practicing school mental health professional to participate.
The survey asks questions about your current practices, comfort in collaborating with pediatric primary care providers, training needs, and beliefs about interprofessional collaboration. Participants in this study will have the option of providing their email address to be entered into a raffle for one of two $50 gift cards.

One thing I could not convey in this survey is that my students refuse to allow me to contact their PCP or other providers. I do collaborate with other SBHC professionals.
