Free Webinar on Lead Exposure Offers Continuing Education Credits

The Mid-Atlantic Center for Children’s Health and the Environment will host a free webinar on July 31, 2015, on the negative effect of lead exposure on children and society. The webinar is the sixth in series offered by HHS-funded training programs for health care providers who work in a variety of settings, including primary care, mental health, schools, and community health settings.

Free Continuing Education

Applications for continuing education credits have been submitted (by the Institute for Research, Education, and Training on Addiction) to the following organizations:

  • AACN – American Nursing Credentialing Center
  • AACME – Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
  • PA CADC – Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors
  • Social Work – Issued by the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work
  • NAADAC – The Association for Addiction Professionals
