Attendees at the 2014 convention have the opportunity to take a tour of the Madison School-Based Health Center (SBHC), which has served its community for 40 years! This year’s site visit is sponsored by NeighboreCare Health.
Located on-site at Madison Middle School, the Madison SBHC was founded in 1998, one of 14 NeighborCare operated SBHCs in Seattle. During the tour, participants will receive a comprehensive overview of the medical, mental, and dental health services offered at the SBHC. You will also learn about the history of the NeighborCare Health SBHC program and how it became Seattle’s largest health provider for low income-uninsured families and individuals. Visit www.sbh4all.org/convention to register and sign up for the Tuesday, July 1 site visit.
