Thank you for attending the 2017 School-Based Health Care Convention. More than 950 people – the most ever – came to Long Beach from California and across the nation. Some highlights of this year’s convention included:

  • More than 75 workshops on school-based clinical care, population health approaches, and best business practices.
  • Inspiring plenary speakers: Nadine Burke Harris, MD, MPH, and Jeff Duncan-Andrade, PhD.
  • The ever-popular “Be the Change Youth Training Program” motivated more than 35 youth to engage, advocate, impact, and lead.
  • Poster displays featuring creative approaches to school health problems and issues.
  • Nearly 40 exhibitors showcasing fresh ideas, products, and services for school-health professionals.
