Registration for the 2017 National School-Based Health Care Convention is Now Closed! Onsite Registration Will Be Available

The School-Based Health Alliance is no longer accepting online registrations for this year’s convention. Participants may register onsite as either a member of the School-Based Health Alliance, a non-member, or a California state resident.

Onsite registration is available during the following times:

  • Sunday, June 18 (2:00pm-5:00pm)
  • Monday, June 19 (7:30am-5:30pm)
  • Tuesday, June 20 (7:30am-5:30pm)
  • Wednesday, June 21 (7:30am-1:00pm)

Please note that onsite registrations will incur a $25 late fee.

Registration Rates

The registration rates for the 2017 convention are listed below. Note that California registrants have a different rate structure. The early bird registration deadline for members of the School-Based Health Alliance is Friday, May 5. The early bird registration deadline for members of the California School-Based Health Alliance is Monday, June 5. An additional fee of $25 will be assessed for all onsite registrations.

The registration fee covers attendance to general session workshops, plenary sessions, three breakfasts, one lunch, the opening reception, and daily breaks. Discounts are available for group registrations, students, and youth.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be in writing to the School-Based Health Alliance and must be postmarked by June 1, 2017. A $60 processing fee will be incurred. No refunds will be issued after June 1, except in case of medical illness, death, and family emergencies. Emergency cancellations must be approved by convention director. Refunds will not be awarded in the event of a natural disaster. Alternate attendees will be accepted in lieu of a canceled registrant.
