National School-Based Health Care Convention

2015 Convention Call for Abstracts

OPEN: September 29 - November 3, 2014

The School-Based Health Alliance is pleased to invite abstracts for its 2015 national school-based health care convention, 20 Years of Collective Impact for Student Success, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Austin, TX, June 16-19, 2015. With the aim to support another 20 years of success for school-based health care, we seek subject matter expertise in five core competencies:

  1. high-quality clinical skills,
  2. accountability for performance measurement,
  3. expanded focus on population-level outcomes,
  4. strong business practice to sustain the mission, and
  5. effective integration across health and education systems.

Workshop abstracts should detail training opportunities that appeal to school-based health care professionals, are relevant to their learning needs, are interactive in presentation strategy, and describe specific skills, expertise, resources, and/or tools that align with and advance the five core competencies.
