Where we live, learn, and work influences our health. For under-served children, this often means that they live in inadequate housing, they go to under-performing schools, and their health care access is also often inadequate. The Alliance has created the Children’s Health and Education Mapping Tool, an interactive GIS mapping tool, to help stakeholders use data to determine where and what types of services are available and needed, identify local collaborators, and advocate effectively for coordinated services that also recognize and address the social determinants of health. Come learn about the Children’s Health and Education Mapping Tool and how you can apply it in your work for data driven decision-making and stronger storytelling!
