Help us put school based health care on the map: 2017 Census launches today!

Today, the School-Based Health Alliance is launching the 2016-17 National School-Based Health Care Census.

We conduct this survey periodically to tell the ever expanding story of school-based health care, its delivery models, locations, staffing, services, patient populations, and funding sources. The good news is that we’re being heard. Interest among policymakers and funders is at an all-time high.

Here’s even better news: this year’s Census is SHORTER and EASIER to complete. It includes about two dozen questions and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Sponsoring organizations can even enter data for all of their sites at once.

Not inspired yet? We have incentives! The first five respondents in each state will receive a $10 gift card.

If you have any questions about the 2016-17 Census, feel free to send us an email at census@sbh4all.org. Thank you. We appreciate you and your hard work!
